Looks like the issue was a bad rail pressure...

Looks like the issue was a bad rail pressure sensor. Replaced the sensor and all seems good again.

Some towing, maybe 25% at most. It looks like the slides in the caliper weren't sliding so well and the inside pad is ground down pretty good which took a nice gouge out of the inside of the rotor.
