In my case, it definitely was the apps. Worked perfectly for the 4 months up until I traded it in for a loaded '11 hemi.

Has a crack by the passenger side small vent. They sent me another one when I pointed it out. I am in Connecticut, so local pickup would be best (it would probably cost 50 to ship)
