Sometimes I have a tendency to over think things too much. Just get into it , go slow and look at what you need two do. Don't force things. I'm happy to say everything went right it's all back...

Update : The new spring and ball valve did not...

Update : The new spring and ball valve did not fix it so I sent the pump back to FASS . The pump failed and they are sending a new replacement .

Well the 01 FSM showed how to remove the module...

Well the 01 FSM showed how to remove the module but not the sending unit from the module ......BUT I took it outside so I could see good and there is a tiny little tab that secures it to the module ....

Well after the 3rd call to fass they think it could be the spring and ball check so they are sending a new spring and ball. If that doesn't fix it I'll send the pump back to them to test.
