Default Wheel swap

Can I swap the 16 in. rims on my 98 3500 dually with 17 in. rims from a 2003 or later?

Yes the bolt pattern is the same 3rd gen to 2nd gen. You however cannot install 2nd gen rims on a 3rd gen truck because the rotor and caliper assy will not clear the rim. Alot of people swap the 3rd gen wheels to the 2nd gen looks great.
