I'll have to check it out.....when you put that manual guage in. did you drill and tap a hole or was there already a hole you can use????

I had to give the truck back to my neighbour so can't look at it now...

Don't suppose you could get me a picture?

If your going to use a manual gauge then use the two ports on top of the oil filter housing.

Picture of ????

I had to give the truck back to my neighbour for the time being. But I can pop over and grab a pic or two.
I still have to replace the exhaust manifold in the next week or two so if I can find a good deal on the sender then I can take care of both jobs.

My neighbour would like to just replace the sender and keep using the factory set up. Heck....he's the one paying the bills!!

Picture of the sender. Pull the plug too and get me a picture of it. If I haven't mentioned it the sender is located just aft of the power steering pump around the ECM.

Sorry for the delay......I have the truck back today......replacing the exhaust manifold (trying).......

I will endeavour to get the pictures today....

So "Cummins pt# 4921511" is what I am after......

I give the info to my neighbour and he can pick one up......I'll pick up the bandaids...LOL

It will be interesting to see how much it is compared to the price I was quoted.
