Default rim center bore?

How wide does the centerbore need to be for a rim to clear the axels and fit on an 03 thru 07 truck? I know a h2 wheel needs to be bored out?
thanks

The hub is 4.774"

And 2nd gens are hub-centric also, but that doesn't mean you can't run a bigger center bore as long as you use lug centered wheels. Its not as strong, but it works, and its how my off-road wheels are mounted. Stock my SRW truck is hub and lug centric, DRW would be hub-centric only.
