Not knowing your states laws, but just make sure you have proper combo weight on your registration for the weight your pulling. I knowingly pushed it for 9yrs until DOT flagged my truck and put me on their scale, OOPS there's my fine....

I guess I missed it mine is a gooseneck the diff between bumper pull versus gooseneck with weight an entirely different game

Mark, you made a good choice. Your truck will pull the moon out of orbit...no doubt about that. Only thing I'm going to say, from a legal standpoint, staying under your maximum weight ratings is a good thing.

I wouldn't want to purchase a new truck either. Your truck is very nice.
