LED Light Bars
Who's running what? Will a double row LED fit in the bumper? Will Rough Country's brackets fit any light bar? I like the idea they sandwich between the tow hooks.

Start here. Best quality LED's I could find. Bought some for the fifth wheel but never settled on a light bar. However, I have installed other LED's in the Dodge headlights and the fog lamps and am pleased.

It's been awhile!
One of my Silver Stars has finally died after all these years and never thought they were that great anyway! You mentioned LED for headlights and Fog, which ones did you get for both. I have LED light bar between the hooks and am SOLD! I want different headlights that are better distance and whiter, any suggestions?? Will I need to convert anything for LED?

I put LEDs in my driving lights on the 2nd gen. It causes my high beams to lock on if I have the driving lights on. The only way I can get them to turn off is to turn off the headlights. Disconcerting on a dark road. But then on the other hand, with everything on, it is rather bright.

When it comes to LED light bars, its hard to beat Diode Dynamics or Rigid. They are pricey but you get what you pay for, and they are American companies that build their products here. I have Diode dynamics LED SS3 pro fog lights in my F150, they are crazy bright, but so focused that they are SAE certified for use as fog lights. I have a 6 inch double row light bar on my polaris sportsman that I put in place of the high beam, it is like turning on daytime on the darkest of nights.
The diode dynamics lights have swappable lenses, so you can change beam patterns if you want.
Its hard to get good headlights that won't blind oncoming drivers without doing a projector retrofit, I would suggest an aux driving light wired to come on with the high beams.
